Who am I?

My name is Elvira.

After several years working in sales, I chose to devote myself to my true passion: supporting each person in reconnecting with their essence through touch, listening and genuine care.

Since 2021 I have followed a four year training programme in Eidetic Massage Energy Therapy (EMTE) at the ATMARAM school, which I completed in 2025 and for which I am now certified, to deepen my quality of presence, touch and listening.

Also trained in Reiki, massage and Chinese medicine, I created Reiki-Libre, a space for wellbeing, reconnection and healing located at Altitude Cent.

I believe that a healer is not the one who heals, but the one who awakens the awareness needed to allow each person to heal themselves.

My treatments combine EMTE, Reiki, massage and Chinese acupressure, sometimes accompanied by Tibetan bowls or moxas.
Each session is tailored to the person’s rhythm and needs, in a respectful and caring environment.
